Who processes your data

What data we process

When you book by phone, WhatsApp, email, Instagram or SrediMe, we process the data you send us: your name, phone number or account, appointment and service, and any notes you choose to share, for example ones that matter for doing a treatment safely.

Why and on what basis

We use the data to book and provide the service and to reply to your messages, because this is needed to provide the service you ask for, and to meet legal obligations such as issuing receipts.

We send marketing messages only with your prior consent. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising.

Who else has access

Messages you send us go through services you choose (e.g. WhatsApp, Instagram, Gmail, SrediMe), which process data under their own privacy policies. Website visit statistics are processed by Google through Google Analytics.

The website is hosted by a hosting provider which, like any web server, logs technical visit data (IP address, time, browser) to run and secure the site.

How long we keep data

We keep booking data as long as it is needed to provide the service and communicate with you, and data we must keep by law for the legal periods. On request we delete data we are not required to keep.

Cookies

With your consent, the website uses Google Analytics for visit statistics: how many people visit, where they come from and how many tap the call, WhatsApp or SrediMe buttons. Google sets its cookies in your browser only after you accept. If you decline, Google Analytics does not load. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of the page. We use no advertising cookies. Your browser remembers your choice and the language you picked. Fonts, images and video load from our own server.

Clicking the map, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Google reviews or SrediMe opens those services, which have their own privacy policies.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict processing and to data portability, to object, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Send requests to aluna.yubc@gmail.com.

You can also lodge a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (www.poverenik.rs).
